Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Parcel
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
